Delux Projects is the culmination of several variables. Over 25 years, the frustration of working with builders, developers and main contractors, all the while suffering the burden of their poor programming and dreadful payment terms, led us to believe we could do better. More than a plumbing/heating contractor, we deliver complete kitchen and bathroom installations, using a set of reliable contractors scheduled with sufficient time to complete their works, and our own joinery workshop.

Client involvement is paramount from the outset, and instrumental to the success of every project. Our quotations are fully transparent, and include a programme of works along with a procurement and payment schedule. We also share with you any quotations provided by our pool of prime and bespoke contractors. If variations are required during the course of the project, we will advise you as soon as possible with a clear breakdown of additional costs. We propose, after an agreed period, to return, assess and repair any snagging that unfortunately will be inevitable but minimal, honouring our commitment to leave you with a Delux Project.

All of our contracts are secured by recommendation, not only from happy clients, but also from architects, interior designers and bathroom and kitchen suppliers, a majority of whom we have worked closely with for many years. Their recommendations have meant a significant increase in our workload, enabling us to broaden and enhance our expertise.
